Mrs. Vandana Agarwal is a fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India with 14 years standing in the profession. She has wide experience in the field of Central Audit, Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, Management Audit, Internal Control Compliance, Accounting and Certification work. Central Audit of LIC and Syndicate Bank have been led by her. She was one of the signatories of LIC Audit Report for F.Y.2011-12. She is having the experience of Special Audit of Unnao Distilleries & Breweries Ltd and Rika Global Ltd and Internal Audit of Dainik Jagran Group and J K Cement Ltd.

She is actively engaged in the taxation matters both Direct and Indirect taxes (GST).

Presently she is Independent Director of Pyramid Technoplast Ltd (Mumbai).
